I'd like to invite you to a complimentary and informal intro call. During this brief conversation, we'll have an opportunity to get acquainted, discuss your specific objectives, and explore how my services can benefit you. This is a no-pressure, no obligation conversation designed to understand your needs and determine if we're a good fit.

Initial Consultation
Prior to our first meeting, I'll send you a health and habits history form to complete and return to me before we meet. This will provide me with information about your current health status and any relevant medical history and allow us to make best use of our time together.
During our 90-minute meeting, we'll review your history and discuss your specific goals and challenges. Together, we'll work to create a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs and supports your journey towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle.


Follow-on Consultation
During our follow-on consultation(s), we will celebrate your progress, identify challenges, and make any needed adjustments to your personalized plan. These sessions can be scheduled as needed e.g. monthly or quarterly, Follow-on meetings are designed to provide ongoing support, encouragment and gentle accountability and to ensure that you stay on track towards your goals.
Seasonal Reset Consultation
Experience a gentle yet powerful reset with our seasonal consultations. Twice a year – in Spring and Fall – I will guide you through the subtle shifts that can impact your well-being. During these consultations, we'll: review your current wellness objectives: and fine-tune your personalized plan: We'll adjust your diet and lifestyle recommendations to align with the changing seasons.
