During our initial 90-minute session, we'll conduct a thorough assessment of your health, lifestyle, and goals.  Together, we'll create a tailored and sustainable  plan to support your journey toward balanced living. Stay on track with as-needed follow-on and seasonal reset and revitalize consultations.

Hello,  I'm Laura Phillips

As a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, I was drawn to Ayurveda's wisdom and simplicity, I embarked on a journey of formal education and self-discovery. With a solid foundation gained through studies in Classical Ayurveda at the Mahatma School of Ayurveda, Boston Ayurveda  and Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, I've gained a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles and practices. As a Ayurvedic Health Counselor,  I'm committed to sharing the wisdom of time-tested practices to help others achieve balance, harmony, and vibrant health. My areas of particular interest within general health and wellness are

healthy aging and rejuvenation.

Join our monthly gathering for   discussions centered around mind,  body,  spirit holistic health  from an Ayurvedic perspective. No cost, no commitment, just a friendly space to learn and share . Drop in as your interests and schedule allow. Explore the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and its practical applications for modern life.  All are welcome,   We conclude each gathering with an optional short Reiki session for those who wish to experience this healing energy.

This month, we'll take a closer look at our relationship with time.,exploring how we actually use it, the processes behind our prioritization, and the stories we tell ourselves about "not enough time" – questioning whether it's truly a reality or perhaps a myth.
